At Ayana Home Company, we take pride in the quality of our products and ensure they are meticulously inspected before being shipped to you.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these items. However, in the unfortunate event that your products are damaged during shipment, we will gladly replace or refund them upon receiving photographic proof of damage within 7 days of delivery.

You have 14 days within delivery to initiate a return for unused products for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees). Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping charges.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

TRANSIT TIME
Transit time does not include processing time (see above). All packages are sent priority within 1-5 business days (not including holidays)​ Please allow extra time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO destinations, and other U.S. territories.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Packages are sent via USPS Priority. You'll receive tracking information once your order has been processed. Kindly allow 48 hours for tracking updates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We don't offer international shipping at this time.
